FAA Proposes $351,000 Fine Against Creamer Pilot Services

The US Federal Aviation Administration has proposed a $351,000 civil penalty against Creamer Pilot Services of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for allegedly conducting unauthorised passenger-carrying operations. The agency alleges that the company operated 37 flights using aircraft or geographic operating authorities that did not permit the activity.

Thirty-one of the alleged flights, conducted between October 2021 and July 2022, used three aircraft that were not listed in Creamer’s Operations Specifications. The FAA also alleges that six flights between April and November 2022 used two aircraft listed in the specifications but operated outside the 48 contiguous United States without authorisation.

The agency characterises all 37 alleged violations as knowing, careless and reckless conduct. The proposed penalty is not a final finding or a finalised fine, and the available information does not indicate whether Creamer Pilot Services has contested the allegations, requested a hearing or reached a settlement.
