Eve Air Mobility and Moov signed a non-binding Letter of Intent for up to 30 eVTOLs to evaluate tourism and regional mobility applications across Cabo Verde islands including São Vicente, Santo Antão, Sal, Praia, and Boa Vista. The agreement, announced at the Farnborough Airshow on 19 July 2026, targets shuttle services between airports, ports, and resorts alongside sightseeing, medical transport, and infrastructure inspection use cases. This Cabo Verde-focused LOI adds to Eve’s 46 eVTOLs in new non-binding intent agreements at Farnborough, including a separate 16-unit LOI with Shearwater Global Capital. The non-binding nature means final order quantities and delivery timelines remain unguaranteed pending regulatory approvals and operational feasibility assessments in the archipelago.
