Eve Air Mobility used the Farnborough 2026 period to expand its commercial and regulatory footprint, signing a memorandum of understanding with RV Connex in Thailand to help shape the country’s advanced air mobility framework. The Embraer unit also highlighted additional partnership activity around the show, while recent filings and earlier company material continue to place its preorder pipeline at about $14 billion, a figure that remains separate from the new agreements.
The Thailand pact focuses on long-term industry and regulatory engagement, including work on future operating scenarios, safety requirements, airspace rules and infrastructure needs. RV Connex, a Thai engineering and aerospace company, is expected to bring government, academic and industry stakeholders into the process as Eve seeks to prepare a path for commercial eVTOL operations in the market.
The new commitment fits Eve’s broader strategy of pairing aircraft development with ecosystem-building efforts across regulation, leasing and route planning. At Farnborough, the company also signed a separate letter of intent with Moov for up to 30 eVTOLs to explore tourism and regional mobility opportunities in Cabo Verde and Europe. The RV Connex MOU did not include an aircraft order or financial terms.
