DHL Air UK is set to receive its first Boeing 777-200LR freighter after Mammoth Freighters delivered the initial converted 777-200LRMF to lessor Jetran. The aircraft, MSN 32222 and registered N703DN, was converted in Manchester by STS Aviation Services and is due to enter DHL’s network under a lease arrangement as part of a larger fleet modernisation plan.
The delivery is the first completed conversion from Mammoth Freighters’ 777-200LRMF programme. Jetran has ordered more than two dozen of the aircraft, with 13 allocated to DHL’s global cargo network and four expected to enter service during 2026. The freighter had previously been displayed at the Farnborough International Airshow in July.
The aircraft was built in 2009 and previously flew with Delta Air Lines. Mammoth received FAA supplemental type certificate approval for the conversion in April 2026, clearing the way for the first deliveries from the programme. Additional converted 777s are scheduled to follow in the coming weeks, including aircraft for DHL and Qatar Airways Cargo.
