Delta Air Lines will begin Austin’s first nonstop transatlantic service next spring, linking Austin-Bergstrom International Airport with Paris-Charles de Gaulle on an Airbus A330-900neo. The daily summer-seasonal route is scheduled to start on 27 March 2027 and will make Delta the only U.S. carrier flying nonstop between Austin and Europe.
The new service is Delta’s first long-haul transatlantic route from Austin and the airport’s first nonstop link to Paris. Flights are set to depart Austin in the mid-afternoon and return from Paris late in the morning local time, providing one-stop and beyond access across Europe as well as into Africa, the Middle East and South Asia through Delta’s partnership with Air France-KLM.
Austin airport officials have described the route as a significant step in the city’s international expansion, while Delta continues to build out its presence in the Texas capital. The addition places Paris-Charles de Gaulle at the centre of Delta’s latest Austin growth push, giving the airport a direct connection to one of Europe’s largest hub airports.
