Cirrus Vision Jet G3 wins Brazilian ANAC certification

Cirrus Aircraft’s G3 Vision Jet has received Brazilian type certification from ANAC, clearing the latest-generation single-engine business jet for delivery and operation in Brazil. The approval opens the country’s market to the aircraft and extends Cirrus’s reach across Latin America, where the company is targeting owners and operators seeking entry-level business aviation capability.

The certification covers the third-generation Vision Jet, which was introduced earlier this year and is positioned as the only single-engine business jet in production. Cirrus chief executive Zean Nielsen described the approval as an important milestone for customers in Brazil and throughout the region.

Brazil is one of the largest executive aviation markets in Latin America, making the ANAC decision strategically important for Cirrus’s regional footprint. Airway reported that the G3 Vision Jet offers a cabin for up to seven occupants and arrived in Brazil roughly six months after its launch, underscoring the pace of the certification process.
