BBAM Limited Partnership has completed the final close of Incline Aviation III, its third flagship aviation investment fund, with more than US$1.7 billion in total commitments. The fund will invest across commercial aircraft, engines and aviation-related credit opportunities, expanding BBAM’s capacity to acquire, finance and manage aviation assets globally.
Incline Aviation III attracted capital from existing and new institutional investors. More than US$625 million in equity had already been invested or committed by the end of June 2026, representing approximately 37% of the fund’s final size.
The fund is larger than both of its predecessors. Incline Aviation I secured US$1.2 billion, including affiliated co-investment, while Incline Aviation II reached US$1.5 billion. BBAM has not disclosed the identities of the investors, individual aircraft or engine transactions, geographic allocations or fund fees.
The new vehicle builds on BBAM’s nearly four decades of experience sourcing, acquiring, financing and managing commercial aircraft worldwide.
