Air Serbia’s new Elevate loyalty programme has passed 100,000 members less than three months after launch, while 32 customers have already advanced to a higher tier through status points or completed flights. The strongest uptake has come from Serbia, but the scheme has also drawn significant sign-ups from Germany, the United States, Italy and Switzerland, underlining early international interest in the carrier’s new frequent flyer offer.
The pace of enrolment points to rapid adoption for a programme introduced to deepen customer loyalty and encourage repeat travel on the Belgrade-based airline. More than 36,000 members are from Serbia, making the domestic market the programme’s main base, while the airline has also been attracting new users at a rate previously reported at more than 1,000 a day. Air Serbia had projected between 280,000 and 300,000 members in the scheme’s first year.
Elevate is expected to expand in the coming months with additional features, including dynamic awards, family accounts and co-branded payment cards. The early tier movement suggests members are already engaging with the scheme beyond simple registration, as Air Serbia builds a more structured retention tool around frequent flying and ancillary spending.
