Air Indo Airlines is preparing to enter India’s regional market with proposed ATR 72-600 services focused on Andhra Pradesh and connections to nearby cities, including Bengaluru and Chennai. Founded by entrepreneur Srinivas Chilukuri, the start-up is targeting a 2026 launch but has not set an operating date. It is still progressing through certification with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and neither its fleet nor its routes have regulatory approval.
