Air Charter Association expands NextGen Group with five new members

The Air Charter Association has expanded its NextGen Group of young charter professionals with five new members. The group, which focuses on the next generation of business aviation talent, is chaired by Rachel Harvey, deputy head of ground operations and sales at Saxon Air.

NextGen is designed to give under-35 professionals a role in shaping the association’s future direction and strengthening engagement across the charter sector. The latest additions widen that network at a time when workforce development and succession planning remain a priority for business aviation operators, brokers and suppliers.

The association’s NextGen initiative has featured members from across the industry since it was established, reflecting a broader effort to build professional links between charter companies and related aviation services. The latest expansion comes as the sector continues to place greater emphasis on attracting and retaining younger talent in commercial aviation roles.
