Air Algérie will resume Berlin service on 14 September with a weekly nonstop rotation between Algiers and the German capital before shifting from 31 October to a weekly triangle routing via Frankfurt using a Boeing 737-700. The winter pattern will operate as Algiers-Frankfurt-Berlin-Algiers, extending the carrier’s return to Berlin into the 2026/27 season while keeping Frankfurt in the network as an intermediate stop.
The Berlin route is currently bookable only through 19 October, indicating the winter revision is the latest update to the same service. Air Algérie already serves Frankfurt from Algeria, and Berlin will return as a second German destination after a long absence. The move gives the carrier a way to maintain Berlin coverage through the colder months without operating a pure nonstop link. No fare details or official explanation for the triangle operation have been published.
