ACSF launches monthly Safety Lift programme for members

The Air Charter Safety Foundation has launched Safety Lift, a monthly-billed programme providing fractional safety-office support to member organisations. The service gives business-aviation operators and charter brokers access to a dedicated ACSF safety professional, a coordinated work plan and recurring assistance without requiring them to employ a full-time safety specialist.

Safety Lift is intended for ACSF members operating under US Federal Aviation Administration Part 91 or Part 135 regulations, as well as charter brokers. The foundation developed the programme for organisations that need continuing safety expertise but lack the resources or operational requirement for a permanent safety-office position.

Unlike ACSF’s traditional Member Assistance Program, Safety Lift assigns a specific ACSF safety officer, establishes an agreed scope of work and sets an ongoing support schedule tailored to the member’s operation, personnel and priorities. The arrangement is designed to provide continuity rather than a one-off consulting project, while leaving operational decisions and ownership with the member organisation.

ACSF President Debi Carpenter described the programme as its response to demand for fractional safety-office arrangements. Vice President of Operations Larry Soles said members wanted consistent access to someone who understood their operation and could work with their team over time. Pricing, contract terms, support frequency and initial enrolment numbers were not disclosed.
