TCE is helping TUI Airline develop the cargo potential of its leisure-network aircraft by managing sales, customer service, bookings, operations, quality assurance and security compliance. The arrangement gives the passenger carrier an integrated cargo capability for belly-hold capacity on aircraft serving holiday destinations, while allowing its airline teams to focus on core passenger operations.
TCE has supported TUI Airline’s cargo activities since January 2019, providing commercial development, customer management, booking coordination and operational support. Its role links freight sales with capacity management and shipment delivery, helping convert available passenger-aircraft space into a commercially managed air-freight product.
The partnership enables TUI Airline to use specialist cargo expertise and established customer relationships without creating a separate in-house sales and operations organisation. TCE Managing Director Sarah Scheibe described the model as combining commercial relationships, operational coordination and compliance support to make the airline’s capacity accessible to freight customers.
