CAE Adds Four Full-Flight Business Aviation Simulators Across Americas

CAE has made four additional full-flight simulators available across the Americas, expanding training access for operators of the Bombardier Global 6500, Embraer Praetor 600, Pilatus PC-24 and Cessna Citation CJ4. The company presented the expansion in Las Vegas during NBAA-BACE, citing rising demand for business-aviation pilot training and increased regional simulator availability.

The devices support type-specific initial, recurrent and other required simulator-based training for aircraft from four major business-aircraft manufacturers. Their availability gives operators more options for training crews within the Americas, although CAE has not disclosed the individual locations, commissioning dates, ownership arrangements or number of additional training slots associated with each simulator.

CAE’s business-aviation training capacity has nearly doubled over the past decade. Its global network now comprises more than 130 business-aviation flight simulators and around 1,000 instructors, delivering more than 300,000 training hours annually. The company also provides maintenance-technician training alongside pilot instruction.
