Wheels Up Signs Honeywell Maintenance Plan for Challenger Fleet

Wheels Up has signed a maintenance agreement with Honeywell covering its Bombardier Challenger 300, Challenger 350 and Challenger 3500 business jets. The arrangement provides structured Honeywell maintenance support for the covered aircraft and access to the manufacturer’s Ensemble maintenance-support platform, giving the private-aviation operator additional tools for planning and managing service requirements.

The agreement was announced during NBAA-BACE 2026, where it was presented as part of Honeywell’s business-aviation maintenance and modifications activity. Ensemble is intended to support maintenance management and service coordination, while the broader plan places Wheels Up’s covered Challenger aircraft within Honeywell’s maintenance-support framework.

Wheels Up operates Challenger 300-series aircraft alongside other business-jet types. The agreement formalises manufacturer-backed support for a significant part of its Challenger operation and could assist with maintenance planning, access to technical services and aircraft availability.

The companies did not disclose the agreement’s duration, financial terms or the number of aircraft included. The available details also do not establish whether every Challenger aircraft operated by Wheels Up is covered or identify the specific maintenance components included in the plan.
