My Freighter secures approval for UK cargo flights

Uzbekistan-based cargo airline My Freighter has received ACC3 designation from the UK Department for Transport, clearing it to carry freight from Tashkent into the United Kingdom. The approval confirms that the Centrum Holding carrier’s cargo-security procedures meet UK requirements and enables compliant operations with its Boeing freighter fleet, although no launch date, schedule or UK destination has yet been disclosed.

ACC3 status is mandatory for airlines transporting cargo or mail into the UK from airports outside the country. The authorization is airport-specific and currently covers My Freighter’s UK-bound operations from Tashkent, allowing shipments to undergo the required security screening before departure.

The carrier plans to begin UK flights soon and will publish the schedule separately. Until then, the designation does not confirm that commercial services have started or specify frequencies, aircraft assignments or destinations in the UK.

The approval extends My Freighter’s international network as it expands its Tashkent-based freighter operation. Industry reports have linked the carrier’s fleet to 10 Boeing 767 freighters and one Boeing 757 freighter, while recent network growth has included services connecting Asia with European gateways. The new authorization could provide shippers and freight forwarders in Uzbekistan and neighbouring Central Asian markets with a direct air-cargo link to the UK.
