Thrive Aviation Unveils First Aircraft for Fractional Programme

Thrive Aviation has unveiled the first aircraft for its new fractional-ownership programme: a HondaJet HA-420 and a Bombardier Challenger 3500. The Las Vegas-based operator will manage and operate the programme, developed with Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary. Both aircraft are scheduled for display at Henderson Executive Airport during NBAA-BACE 2026, held in Las Vegas from 20 to 22 October.

The two aircraft types are intended to support different mission profiles. The HondaJet will serve regional travel, while the Challenger 3500 will provide greater cabin space and passenger capacity for longer flights. Both aircraft carry Thrive’s custom livery.

Arulean Air is expected to acquire aircraft for the fleet as Thrive expands beyond its existing private-lift and Part 135 charter operations. The operator plans to add approximately four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s each year as the fractional customer base grows.

Thrive representatives will meet prospective owners at the company’s NBAA-BACE booth, while the aircraft are listed for static display at Henderson Executive Airport. The programme’s share pricing, customer-operation launch date, initial ownership structure and allocation of shares have not been disclosed.
