BBAM Limited Partnership has completed the final close of Incline Aviation III, its third flagship aviation investment fund, with more than $1.7 billion in total commitments. The vehicle invests across commercial aviation, including aircraft, engines and related credit opportunities, and had already invested or committed more than $625 million by the end of June 2026.
The fund attracted both existing and new institutional investors, expanding BBAM’s capacity to acquire and finance aviation assets globally. Its capital is being deployed across opportunities in the commercial aviation market rather than held for a future investment programme.
Incline Aviation III follows Incline Aviation I, which secured $1.2 billion in commitments including affiliated co-investment, and Incline Aviation II, which reached $1.5 billion. BBAM has nearly 40 years of experience sourcing, acquiring, financing and managing commercial aircraft.
The latest fund’s deployment at the end of June represented 37% of its final size. BBAM has not disclosed the identities of individual investors, specific aircraft or engine acquisitions, geographic allocations, target returns or the fund’s final investment timetable.
