AerSale has leased a Boeing 757-200PCF freighter to Mister Air Transport for use in its specialised cargo network, with the aircraft due to enter revenue service in October. The deal gives the Romanian cargo carrier its first in-house freighter operation under its own certificate and crews, replacing chartered lift with direct control of flying.
Mister Air will operate the aircraft on behalf of AerCommerce, which manages the freighter operation for its shareholder base. The carrier is based in Romania and will station the aircraft at Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport in Poland, positioning it for middle-mile cargo and e-commerce routes across Central and Eastern Europe.
The 757-200PCF is the first aircraft in what Mister Air plans to develop into a dedicated medium-haul freighter fleet. Its range and payload suit lanes where larger widebody freighters are less economical, while the aircraft will also support parcel programmes and special cargo missions for AerCommerce’s established customer base. The lease terms, aircraft registration and financial details were not disclosed.
