Ontic has acquired Wichita-based Aero-Mach Companies, bringing the aerospace business’s manufacturing, technical services, repair and overhaul, distribution and aftermarket support capabilities into its portfolio. The deal keeps the Wichita facility and existing Aero-Mach team in place and lifts Ontic’s global site count to 11.
Aero-Mach operates through three brands: Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco and Aero-Mach TCO. Together, the businesses bring more than 50 years of aviation experience and established customer relationships across the sector.
Ontic now adds another U.S. aerospace site to its network as it continues to focus on buying established products and supporting them over the long term. The acquisition also broadens its reach in specialty manufacturing and aftermarket support, areas that have become central to the company’s business model.
