Singapore Airlines is rolling out a major overhaul of its onboard dining offer, introducing more than 100 new and refreshed dishes across all cabin classes under a new SIA Chefs’ Selection menu category. The refresh also brings refined beverage choices, new wine labels in premium cabins, and custom-designed serviceware for Suites, First Class and Business Class, with the first changes already appearing on flights and the remaining updates due from November.
The menu range spans appetisers, main courses and desserts developed by the airline’s in-house and guest chefs with its catering partners. Singapore Airlines has positioned the programme around a mix of familiar flavours, regional favourites, reimagined classics and new culinary creations, while selected dishes in Suites and First Class will also feature distinct presentation and service touches.
Premium cabins will see meals served on Christofle-designed serviceware, alongside new spirits across all cabin classes and updated wine labels for Suites, First Class and Business Class. The changes form part of a broader refresh to the airline’s onboard product offering ahead of further cabin upgrades planned for November, and they affect passengers across the carrier’s network systemwide.
