Ontic has acquired the Aero-Mach Companies, a Wichita-based aerospace business that includes Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco and Aero-Mach TCO. The deal expands Ontic’s aftermarket and manufacturing portfolio with specialist production, technical services, repair and overhaul, aviation parts distribution and aircraft static discharger capability, while adding a Wichita site and team to its U.S. footprint.
Aero-Mach brings more than 50 years of aviation experience and established customer relationships, supporting Ontic’s wider strategy of portfolio expansion. The acquisition lifts Ontic’s global site count to 11, strengthening its operational base across civil and defence aviation markets.
The Wichita business adds complementary aftermarket support capabilities that broaden Ontic’s service offering for aircraft operators and OEM partners. It also extends the company’s manufacturing and distribution network at a time when suppliers are seeking more resilient support for legacy platforms and specialist component lines.
