Uzbekistan’s Centrum Holding plans to pursue an initial public offering in the first quarter of 2027, with London still under consideration as the listing venue. Founder and chief executive Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov outlined the timeline in a television interview, while the company’s press service indicated it wants to be ready for a market debut in 2027.
Centrum has been preparing for a public listing for at least a year, with earlier reporting linking Oppenheimer and Citibank to advisory roles on the proposed transaction. Market discussion has pointed to a possible valuation of about $2 billion and a fundraising target of roughly $600 million through the sale of around 30 per cent of the company.
The logistics group operates in the wider transport and cargo ecosystem in Uzbekistan, making the planned flotation one of the more prominent private-sector capital-market moves from the country. No prospectus, exchange filing or final approval has been disclosed, leaving the IPO at the planning stage.
