Pem-Air has selected Ramco Aviation Software as the digital backbone for its engine maintenance, repair and overhaul operations, giving the FAA- and EASA-certified provider a single system for planning, supply chain, quality and compliance, engineering and finance. The deal supports Pem-Air’s push to manage shop visits without paper while expanding work on larger and next-generation engines, including the GE90, Trent 700 and CFM LEAP.
Ramco’s platform will cover contracting, configuration management, work scoping, production planning, marshalling and kitting, technical publications and resource optimisation. Ramco Anywhere mobile apps will be used for digital task cards and electronic sign-offs across the shop floor.
The package also includes AI-led functions such as a Service Bulletin Agent and generative AI support to help create engineering orders and recommend corrective actions from earlier maintenance cases. The agreement extends Ramco Systems Corporation’s aviation software footprint in North American engine MRO, as operators look to streamline turnaround times and handle more complex engine portfolios.
