Boeing has won a US government framework contract for the F-15 Eagle Crest programme with a ceiling value of $131.23 billion, or about €113 billion. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity deal covers production, systems integration, upgrades and sustainment for the F-15 fleet, with work centred in St. Louis, Missouri and scheduled to run through August 2037.
The contract also includes organic depot maintenance capabilities intended to support F-15 readiness across the US Air Force, the Air National Guard and other defence customers. Foreign military sales are included for Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia and Poland. The ordering period initially runs until 24 August 2031 and can be extended to 24 August 2036.
The award was made on a sole-source basis, reflecting Boeing’s longstanding position as the F-15 prime contractor. The ceiling value does not represent committed spending, but it provides long-term visibility for Boeing’s defence backlog and future revenue from one of the company’s key combat aircraft franchises.
