Alaska Airlines will launch seasonal nonstop service from Seattle to Athens and Paris in spring 2027, expanding its long-haul network with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. The Athens route begins on 12 May and will operate three times a week through October, while Paris Charles de Gaulle service starts on 25 May and will run five times weekly through the autumn.
Tickets are already on sale, with introductory roundtrip Main Cabin fares from $999 available through 26 August. Seattle-Athens will be Alaska’s first nonstop link to the Greek capital and its longest route to date, while the two additions will lift the carrier’s Seattle intercontinental network to seven destinations. The airline’s west coast transatlantic push already includes other long-haul services from its Seattle base, with the new routes timed for peak summer demand rather than immediate launch.
