Cyprus Airways will launch year-round direct flights from Larnaca to Rome and Munich in December, expanding its European network with two new routes aimed at travellers between Cyprus and mainland Europe. The Rome service starts on 11 December with two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays, while Munich is set to follow on 17 December with departures on Thursdays and Sundays.
The additions strengthen the carrier’s Italy schedule, where it already operates year-round services to Milan and seasonal flights to Venice. Munich becomes a new link in the airline’s network, while both routes are planned as permanent year-round operations rather than winter-only services. Cyprus Airways will also add an extra weekly flight to Heraklion from late October, increasing capacity on another established leisure route.
