NetJets headquarters expansion to add 800 jobs in Ohio

NetJets plans a multiyear expansion of its global headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, adding more than 365,000 square feet across two buildings and creating about 800 jobs. The project at 4111 Bridgeway Avenue, next to John Glenn Columbus International Airport, will include office space and an employee training centre, along with a parking garage and expanded dining and event facilities. The company expects its local workforce to reach roughly 3,200 when the work is complete.

Construction is planned in phases, with completion expected in early 2029, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. NetJets has not disclosed the project’s cost. It cited support from local and state partners and the Federal Aviation Administration.

The expansion is intended to provide capacity for future growth and support demand from aircraft owners. It follows the renovation of NetJets’ Flight Center, which reopened in June 2026. The headquarters site is in Central Ohio, where the additional positions will be based.
