Aviation Academy Austria is recruiting a full- or part-time ATO Training Expert for its base in Neusiedl am See. The role covers training quality, standardisation and regulatory compliance at the EASA-approved training organisation, which provides pilot training on full-flight simulators. Its courses include aircraft type ratings, licence renewals, proficiency checks and recurrent training for operators, including in business aviation.
The successful candidate would maintain training syllabi and documentation, monitor training outcomes, coordinate with the academy’s quality and safety functions, and liaise with the aviation authority. The position requires an EASA ATPL(A), a turbojet type rating and an SFI or TRI endorsement, as well as knowledge of Part-FCL and Part-ORA requirements.
