Western Aircraft has become the first authorised Pilatus sales centre to deliver 300 new-production PC-12 turboprop singles. The Boise, Idaho-based Greenwich AeroGroup company reached the milestone with the handover of PC-12 Pro serial number 3107 at its headquarters, where it also delivered its 30th new-production PC-24 and marked 30 years as a Pilatus sales and service centre.
Western Aircraft began its Pilatus partnership in 1996 and added the PC-24 twinjet to its product portfolio in 2018. The latest ceremony therefore brought together milestones spanning both aircraft programmes and the company’s long-running relationship with the Swiss manufacturer.
The 300th PC-12 delivery provides a measure of Western Aircraft’s sales activity in the single-engine turboprop market, while the 30th PC-24 handover reflects the continuation of the partnership into Pilatus’s business-jet range. The manufacturer identifies Western Aircraft as the first Pilatus sales centre to achieve all three milestones: 300 PC-12 deliveries, 30 PC-24 deliveries and three decades as an authorised centre.
