Air France and Air Côte d’Ivoire agree Paris–Abidjan codeshare

Air France and Air Côte d’Ivoire have agreed a reciprocal codeshare on the Paris Charles de Gaulle–Abidjan route, giving customers more departure-time options from 25 October 2026. Air France will market flights operated by Air Côte d’Ivoire, while the Ivorian carrier will place its code on Air France-operated services between the two cities.

The cooperation will also link the airlines’ Flying Blue and sMiles loyalty programmes. From the end of 2026, Flying Blue members are expected to earn and redeem miles on Air Côte d’Ivoire-operated flights between Paris and Abidjan. sMiles members will be able to earn miles on Air France-operated services and, in time, redeem them across Air France’s network.

The arrangement is a codeshare rather than a joint venture. The airlines will continue to market flights independently and will not coordinate fares or schedules under the agreement.

Air Côte d’Ivoire described the Paris–Abidjan arrangement as the first phase of a wider partnership. Additional destinations across the Air France network are planned before the end of the first half of 2027, allowing the Ivorian carrier to distribute its services through Air France’s global network to and from Côte d’Ivoire.
