TUI fly Netherlands plans to add Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania to its Amsterdam-based long-haul network for the Northern summer 2027 season. The route is scheduled to begin on 3 June 2027, with two weekly flights operated by Boeing 787-8 aircraft. Services will operate as a triangular routing linking Amsterdam, Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro.
The planned itinerary will run from Amsterdam to Zanzibar before continuing to Kilimanjaro and returning to the Dutch capital. The addition will give TUI fly Netherlands a new destination in Tanzania while expanding its long-haul programme from Amsterdam.
The route is part of TUI Airline’s broader summer 2027 network plans, which include new services across several European markets. The Kilimanjaro flights will be combined with the carrier’s Zanzibar operation, allowing one aircraft rotation to serve both destinations.
The schedule remains subject to change. Departure times, ticket-sale details and other commercial conditions have not been confirmed.
