ANA to deploy up to 30 aircraft with Green Expo 2027 decals

ANA All Nippon Airways plans to operate around 30 aircraft with special decals for GREEN×EXPO 2027 across its domestic and international network, with the first aircraft due to enter service from January 2027. The designs will feature the international horticultural expo’s official logo and related motifs. The campaign will also include onboard promotions ahead of the event, which runs in Yokohama from 19 March to 26 September 2027.

ANA’s Furusato Jet, decorated with flowers representing Japan’s 47 prefectures, will carry the expo mascot Tunk Tunk among its floral designs. The airline will also serve drinks in specially designed paper cups on domestic flights and show expo promotional videos on domestic and international cabin monitors. These onboard activities are due to begin progressively from November 2026.

The expo’s 192-day programme will take place in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. ANA’s aircraft campaign is intended to promote the event to passengers travelling on routes within Japan and overseas.
