Qatar Airways will increase flights from Doha to Berlin and Vienna during the Northern winter 2026/27 schedule, adding capacity on two key Central European routes. Berlin frequencies will rise from 17 to 21 weekly from 1 November 2026, with Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 aircraft planned for the service.
Doha–Vienna frequencies will increase from 10 to 13 weekly from 1 January 2027, followed by a further rise to 14 weekly from 7 February. The route is scheduled to use Airbus A320 and Boeing 787-8 aircraft.
The changes will provide additional connection opportunities through Qatar Airways’ Doha hub for passengers travelling between the Gulf and the German and Austrian capitals. They form part of wider adjustments to the carrier’s winter timetable, including reductions in total Doha departures compared with an earlier filing, indicating targeted capacity reallocations rather than an across-the-board network expansion.
The schedule data does not specify the exact daily operating pattern, booking inventory or the commercial rationale for the increases. Filed frequencies may also change before operation.
